Several staff members from PCG Digital Marketing brought donations to their new neighbors, the Monmouth County SPCA. The Internet marketing agency has new corporate headquarters in Eatontown that are about ½ mile down the road from the animal shelter. VP of Operations Christine Rochelle and others dropped off four bags of sheets, towels and blankets for the SPCA’s resident animals.
PCG recently expanded their corporate office home team with about a dozen new employees, prompting the need for larger office space. Upon settling in to their new home in Eatontown, the staff was asked about which local organizations they would like to make donations to. The Monmouth County SPCA was at the top of the list.
Christine Rochelle is quoted, “A lot of our employees have pets of their own and were excited about the fact that they could help the MCSPCA animals despite the fact that they weren’t able to adopt any. They’re right across the street from us, so with this as our new location we plan to start a great relationship with them since everyone in the office really pitched in and helped us collect donations.”
About the Monmouth County SPCA
The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was founded in 1945 to care for the community’s homeless, neglected and abused animals. We are a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization led by a volunteer board of trustees. We are an independent organization not affiliated with, and receiving no funding from, the ASPCA, HSUS or Associated Humane Societies. The MCSPCA is not a government agency and receives little or no funding from federal, state or local governments. Our ability to care for the community’s animals is supported solely by modest fees and donations.

Glenn Pasch, Chief Operating Officer at PCG Digital Marketing will be a presenter at the New Hampshire Automobile Dealer’s Association 2011 Fall Business Summit. Pasch will explain to dealers how today’s consumers are shopping for products and services and the most important Google tools dealers need to market their brand accordingly.
The first part of his presentation is entitled, “Understanding the Zero Moment of Trust: How Potential Customers are Shopping for Your Product or Service Today.” The Zero Moment of Truth (ZMOT) is how Google refers to the point in time where consumers explore and examine products and providers online— leveraging search and social media channels — to identify what’s most interesting to them before they ever go to the store. The theory is a follow-up to Proctor & Gamble’s popular First Moment of Truth (FMOT), when a consumer looks at a shelf of products in the store and decides which brand to buy, and the Second Moment of Truth (SMOT), when that consumer actually uses the brand at home and decides if they like it or not.
Dealers will learn how ZMOT affects a consumer’s purchasing decisions and how to revise their marketing and budgeting decisions based on the ZMOT concepts and the research of Google regarding online consumer shopping behavior.
Pasch’s second presentation is entitled, “Google Places Optimization and Reputation Management: The Two Most Important Tools You Have to Market Your Brand.”
A Google Places listing can appear 25,000 – 40,000 times a month in search results making it the #1 most visible “secondary” company website. Understanding how to properly optimize Google Places and take advantage of its Reputation Management functions is crucial to a company’s online visibility.
• How to optimize the Google Places page
• How an optimized Google Places page will effect your dealership
• The process to increase Google reviews posted to your Google Places page
• Quick ideas to leverage your existing website traffic
• Use Google Adwords Express to amplify reviews
The New Hampshire Automobile Dealer’s Association 2011 Fall Business Summit will take place November 15, 2011 at the Grappone Conference Center.
